Founded in 1910, St. Thomas University is Canada’s only exclusively liberal arts, undergraduate university. Located in Fredericton on Canada’s east coast, the university overlooks the beautiful St. John River Valley. Fredericton is a friendly college town (population 85,000) that is home to two universities. New Brunswick has three airports with daily flights connecting to international destinations.

Achieving excellence in undergraduate liberal arts education is St. Thomas’s highest institutional priority. Bachelor of Arts students can chose from more than 30 academic disciplines in the social sciences and humanities. The Bachelor of Education program encourages cross-disciplinary approaches to teaching and learning. The Bachelor of Social Work program teaches students to address the needs of clients and to act as agents of change.
